I believe everyone deserves the joy of making music.

From your first tentative notes to confident performances, we guide you step by step with patient instruction, modern tools, and a big dose of encouragement. Together, we turn practice into play so learning feels easy, happy, and rewarding.

Hi there, and a very warm welcome to my music studio! I am Theodora Stamoulaki, and I am so incredibly happy you are here.

Whether you are a parent looking for inspiring lessons for your child, an adult professional picking up an instrument again, or an aspiring performer preparing for a big stage—my door is always open to you. I love teaching both children and adults, and I offer flexible lessons tailored to your lifestyle, whether you prefer to learn in-person here in the Kingston upon Thames area or online from the comfort of your own home.

Music has been my lifelong passion. My own journey started at the tender age of 11, diving deep into classical piano, singing, solfège, and music theory. This devotion eventually took me to London, where I earned my Postgraduate Diploma in Singing Performance with Merit from the prestigious Royal Academy of Music (RAM).

For over 20 wonderful years, I have had the privilege of performing and teaching across London. I spent many rewarding years as a tutor at the beautiful Conservatoire in Blackheath, and today, I am proud to teach local students through the Kingston Music Service and Kingston Music School in Surbiton. I specialise in classical piano, singing coaching across multiple genres (including Classical Opera, West End Musical Theatre, and Jazz), and comprehensive music theory. Helping students prepare for concerts, auditions, and ABRSM graded exams is a true joy of mine—and I am incredibly proud that my students maintain a flawless, 100% exam success rate!

As your teacher, my philosophy is simple: learning music should always be inspiring, structured, and completely stress-free. Beyond teaching notes and scales, I love acting as a warm performance mentor—helping you build your stage confidence, protect your vocal health, and overcome any stage fright.

I created this independent studio because I believe true music learning shouldn't be rushed into a single weekly hour. I wanted to build a supportive community where busy families and ambitious adult students can easily access extra video tips, practice templates, and friendly feedback whenever you need it at home. Thank you so much for stepping into my musical world—I am so excited to welcome you, and I cannot wait to help you achieve your musical dreams!
